Maintenance experience is preferred but we will train the right person.

Must have own vehicle to travel between job sites but mileage is reimbursed on every paycheck. Basic tools are a plus not a must.

Position responsibilities can include but not limited to:

1.         Perform maintenance replacement and repair in areas of basic electrical work, plumbing, painting, flooring, and other minor building repairs.

2.        Available for rotation of occasional evening and weekend emergencies.

3.        Ability to work independently and with others.

4.       Must have A Can-Do attitude with a commitment to excellence.

5.        Ability to complete multiple tasks in one day.

6.       Assist with inventory of parts and supplies as needed for repairs.

7.       Follows safety procedures and always maintains a safe work environment

8.       Keep accurate records on paper of your tasks and daily activities.

9.       The ability to pass a background, drug, and driver's license screening.
